Paleo, your regular 1869 looks to me like the scarce S-4 69/69 variety with the date positioned far to the left. Cant tell for sure from the pics, but if you can throw a pic of the date up, I'm sure you can get confirmation from one of us. Nice coins!

This is the very scarce 1869 S-1 RPD. Less than ten examples traced in any grade. The Boldest RPD for 1869. (MS64RB, PCGS, CAC)

Back to the current date....1870. This is one of my favorite coins. A spectacular example of the "pick-axe" variety, which is a large die gouge by the ribbon/diamonds.
