The toning juice that is sold on ebay don't look that great. I have kept some pictures of ebay transactions over the last year. I don't think you would fool PCGS with this. I really think that things like this hurt this hobby and the new collectors.

Could that be like: a cold takes 7 days to go away, but if you take this medicine it will go away in about a week?

As long as there is some exposure to some air (i.e. not completely airtight and air-excluded), won't all silver tone in 5-20 years?

Looking at some of the coins for sale I would say some coins never toned or they have help staying white
