It's a lot of coins to look at, at once an say if they all look real or not. The Marc Anthony denarius is in high grade and would be very valuable. Outwardly they look real, but I can't say for sure without seeing closer pictures of one or two coins at a time.
If they are real and that's a big if at this point than 500 pounds would be a very cheap price. Considering the Marc Anthony in that condition would be at least $300 along and the Roman Republic denarii would average between $125-$150 each. The imperial Denarii about $50-$60 each and the Antinoninius about $30 each. At the low end if they are all real $2000 would be close to what they should sell for.
At roughly GBP21 (USD35) each, these are priced well below dealer wholesale cost for bulk purchase. This sends a massive red flag up the pole.
You can test these for weight accuracy and crystalization of metal (by sound!) along with the usual telltale marks of casting and forgery. I'd be hard pressed to authenticate or condemn a coin just from a photograph.
