Die polishing marks typically show up on the fields, not the devices. Since the marks on the two sides run parallel to each other and through roughly the center of the coin, I'm thinking more along the lines of impressions or scratches inflicted by a coin counter. My judgment would be "Genuine Uncirculated, Details: Mechanical Damage" is how it might well grade.
