If they want to cut costs of minting coins, they should sell advertising space on one side and let some cartoon character be on the obverse of each coin for a year for a large chucnk of "change" from the company. Disney wants a Mickey Mouse dollar, they can pay for it!.

Then we will ahve collector's talking about a Bugs Bunny Half, and it really is, carrot and all! I mean if we are putting real people on it instead of ideas like lady liberty, sitting, standing, walking, clipping her toenails, whatever; then who cares what goes on the coins now!

Bring me the real Bugs Bunny halves with a Daffy reverse!
