I go to wednesday night church, so once I get back and put the kids to bed, I'll look more closely for the peg legs and type 2's if any! Can't wait oh look at this. The BS that isn't silver has this on the back!!

And============== No mater how "Crummy" some coins look to be === HOLD ALL UNTIL you are 100% sure about what you really have in your well deserved hands. Study Study Study And then decide what to do with the extras Looking for more PICS and results.

I found a really poor 1977 s and some nice toned coins!! I think I only found one silver Ike. I'll have to weigh to confirm. I found over 150 1972p's and can't tell if I have any type 2's I'm tired. I'll have to look through them more carefully tomorrow. What a great experience looking forward to the next bag!! I'm hooked!!

Quote: I wiser CCF member instructed me to the fact 1977(S) is not silver. But check it out for your self. Oh, I knew the 1977 wasn't silver. I found 7 total "s"mints. The only one made of silver was one of the bi-centennial "s"mints pictured in a earlier post on page 5. I'm going to study type 2's all day today. I found a few nice peglegs The cool thing is I can go buy a nice Ike Album and fill it because of the (3)1973's I found (s,d,p) Here are some more pictures.... (From left to right) 1971 through 1978, D's in front, P's in back. You can gauge where the D stacks are by where the 1973 D is sitting. We have the coins with holes, the 1974 at top has nice toning as well as the bi on the bottom left(can't see it to well in the pic). a cannon ball shot in the bell. and the 1972 was painted gold and has faded. Enjoy

Did you find any P Bicentennial Type 1's? I heard those were only in mint sets. I've gotten 3 Denver Type 1's from circulation (one of which is in my Dansco, the second of which I carried as a pocket piece for about 5 months and recently spent, and the third of which has those circular roller marks on one side). But never a Philly. BTW, that Bicentennial pictured above with the Viking stamp is beautiful!
