This set is listed at approx. $70.00
What I don't understand is why all the coins in PR 67 and PR 68
add up to far more than the value of the set.

Try building your own car from parts alone.

If a respected TPG, then that wasn't done for free, so why would you expect not to pay for it?

PF-68 would be the top proof grading by ICCS. It would represent a small premium to the common PF-67.
