XF-40. There is weakness on the lower band of LIBERTY and some missing hair detail over the forehead. No doubt due to being a typical New Orleans strike. ANY Barber collector would be very happy to own this piece. Quite nice. (I grade conservatively.)

I didn't notice the rim nicks the first time. No, not in my opinion. And besides, no need to drag PCGS into this. The coin stands for what it is - a NICE XF-40!
