Sorry about the delay. Sometimes life gets in the way.

Here are my 2 mint cello packed 1942 Proof Sets (1 Nickel variety).

I decided to open the one on the right. The half might make cameo, but the quarter has a few spots.

This is a third 1942 Proof Set in a Capital holder. Unfortunately on this set, there are 2 nasty scratches in the field behind Liberty's head.

Lastly, a 10-pack of 1942 Proof Cents.

@ Kurrykid

Proof sets were issued from 1936 to 1942.
Then again from 1950 to 1964
then again from 1992 to date.
All with 90% half, quarter and dimes.

Since 1950 until now there has been a proof set the silver proof set came in 1992 with the introduction of the silver proof set. Prior to 1992 the only proof sets with any silver were the prestige sets with the 90% commerative dollars they also produced prestige proof sets from 1992-1998 but the coins were the same as the silver proof sets just had a fancy holder for the same lens. I am unsure what year the prestige sets with the 90% commems changed think around 1992 but I am trying to remember I think those ended in 1991 and the commens came in different packaging ever since
Edit: the prestige sets with the 90% commems ended in 1997 had to look it up!!
