Full Steps and Full Bell Lines only applies to business strikes, proof strikes are assumed to be struck with full details.

I really love the proof Franklin in your set and proof Franklin's in general. I'm not a big fan of 'real people' being on US coins, but I have to say that Ben Franklin is the lone exception.
