Maybe MS-63 but best to take photos out of the holder.

Looks 64 to my eyes. The big gold coins pick up nicks and hits more easily, so are allowed more leeway. I like it.

It looks like a 64 but the images are not good as noted. If the luster is subdued it could be a 63, likewise with booming full mint bloom it might make 65.
