Gorgeous coins. On the 1887 is there a ding on the portrait side at 11:15? also some chatter in the queen side fields. MS63.

The 1900 if the fields are clean (can't tell from the pics), I would go MS65.

1) MS-63.
2) MS-64, possibly 65.
