BH1964 Bedrock of the Community United States 10982 Posts	Posted 06/18/2014 3:00 pm The VF20 grade on the 1807 was likely because they knew that was not original mint luster on a 210 year-old copper. It was probably net graded 5 or 10 points for a cleaning that bought out the shine. In my eyes the 1804 is a far better coin. ANA #R3154474 Report this Post to the Staff
johnny54321 Rest in Peace United States 4849 Posts	Posted 06/19/2014 1:27 pm Im very disappointed at ANACS grade of the 1807. They said VF35 cleaned....it just doesn't add up to me. I dont see how it is not original mint luster, the die flow lines are there, and it is clearly better than a VF35 detail wise. I will probably crack it out and put it in my type set....and maybe put the 1804 up for sale. Report this Post to the Staff
