I love the naysayers, "just go to the bank". These are the people that will spend $5 in gas, just to go to a store to use their $2 off coupon .....

Hmmm...you could be on to something. Penny slot machines: could set up a card table and unload at the casino.

That said, I wonder how rich a weekend's take of coins are with collectables?

I think it's a good idea, but the business model is such that it will fail. In my opinion.
