They look like British One Pound Coins.

G'day & thankyou to Graceoutcast,
the U.K., N.Z., Canada, & Oz all have Aluminium-Bronze coins, and possibly other countries I'm not aware of.
The very last coin, the one that rolls to a stop, seems to have the U.K. coat of arms.
It is also apparent that the coins have an inscription on their edge: neither of the Australian Al-Br coins have edge inscriptions.
I may have to stand corrected, but I think that Foundinrolls is most probably correct: British One Pound Coins.
And I agree with TimJing: awesome

I've seen that before. They are indeed British one pound coins. I can't remember where I saw the original link that confirms this.

Cool, the thick edged 1£ coins are perfect for the trick. :)

Glad that was answered like that. For a few minutes I thought our Mint has started to outsource our coins to other countries.
