Hello all!

Today, I attended my first coin show (Greenhills Classic Coin & Stamp Show in Cincinnati), and I picked this up from a dealer for $1, purely because I have no idea what it is.

Do you know what this coin is?

The legible remainder of the legend appears to read "-ARCIN C CIV-".

The diameter is 17mm. I do not know the mass.

Thanks! You're right- it looks like a Spain-Barcelona KM# 13, 21, or 33. Does anyone know how to distinguish between these 3?
