to CCF. The first pic looks like a medal not a coin to me. The last one looks like a British penny. John1

First coin is from Frederick III of Prussia (Germany) who ruled briefly in 1888. The coin has been ground and engraved on one side, possibly to turn it into a jewelry piece or keepsake. The date and denomination would have been on the side that is now a pattern, but this is most likely a 2 Mark coin. Value isn't much as it has been heavily damaged.
Second is a common pre-decimal British penny of Edward VII (1901-1910). They're commonly collected and generally worth $1-2.

I doubt #1 is a real coin, it looks much more like a token.

thanks for feedback, really appreciate it. My family just gave me a big jug of coins from as far back as 1800's from places I never heard of. Some are somalia, germany, britian, etc. will look more into it. Some olympic coins from way back also. pretty cool

The first item is not a coin; it certainly isn't and never was a gold coin. Gold doesn't turn black like that. It is a badge or medal of some kind, with a design similar to the coin. It looks like it once had a loop attached to the top which has since been removed.
