I'd buy as much silver that my LCS has (My price is locked at $17/oz with them ), sell it for spot, rinse and repeat, until all the silver is exhausted. Then I'd go and complete a set of Canadian Silver Dollar with the original $200, and the profits I made.

It would probably be an ancient Greek silver coin.
