Lucky Day At Bank

I was at the RBC bank in town depositing a few bucks and the teller I know asked if I wanted some 20 dollar bills.Most had wear and I did not look at serial numbers only ones in good shape. One jumped out at me so I so I scoped it up because it looked like someone was saving it since years.Its not a radar note and do you think there might be a premium if I sold it on ebay.Here is the scan and also a picture of a bill is got from a bank machine may 14 in Quebec on my way home from Florida.I posted the serial number previously but no picture as I now have a new ipod.
