it is probably legit but you'll have difficulty moving it later on. It might even be for sale at a deal because of this issue.

NGC used to place the stickers on the outside of the slabs. Many auction houses and dealers would put their stickers on the back over the sticker. When they would do this, you would peel the NGC sticker off with the additional sticker.

Same thing is happening with the new PCGS Holograms...they come off with the auction house sticker id labels.

Shouldn't be a problem unless you are buying the slab and not the coin. Happens all the time with the TPG stickers. If you resell in the future you have the barcode, also, most collectors know of this problem and will be buying your coin, not the slab.

Those things are crazy fragile, they'll come off just from regular contact and handling.
