Curious to see what the consensus is on the grade of this coin.

Tbone - Is this one certified, if so by who? Looks a bit like an ICG holder. I'm not sure if the color is coming out on the photo as the coin appears in real life, from what I see I'd say re-colored or dipped, but it's probably just the photo, I'm going MS64 and maybe RB on the color, if it's not a details grade. Tough one to grade from the photo.

I moved your thread to the Modern Coin Grading section. CCF has all Lincoln Cents defined as Modern.

Lots of very close guesses. ksmcents hit it right on the head. At least as far as how PCGS graded it a long time ago. It's in an old rattler. I picked it up in the weekly Heritage Auction this week. I was thinking it might regrade to 65RD these days, but after reading the opinions here sounds like it probably graded accurately.

Here's the full pictures. Thanks for the responses. I'll have a couple more to throw up here in the next day or two.

Oh man I missed out! For what it's worth, I was gonna say 64/65. My guess is the ding right in front of his face took it to a 64. Veeeery nice!

I was going to say MS-63 RD before I noticed you put the grade down at the bottom.
