I don't know what is going on with Lincoln's face,looks like he needs to shave and there is a big glob on it too. Hopefully the experts can clue me in.

It is pushed up metal from damage and not an error. Sorry.

Also it wouldn't be a Cud. A Cud is a special nickname for a die break that must involve the rim.
