While I do see a lot of small marks, what do you guys think about this, I just bought it because I don't have any dollars yet.

Ok, so it arrived today and it really doesn't seem to be a proof, it may just have been the lighting in the first pictures but it really doesn't look like a proof.

Any idea on grade for nonproof, then?

From these pictures the coin looks like an MS coin. The darker spots on the fields where the flash didn't "bounce" is where ICCS will penalize you. I'd say MS63 possibly lower. If the fields didn't look wiped, possibly MS65.
