I am buy no means an expert in Morgans but I have been buying BU Morgans from reputable dealers. These are what I am using as my comparison. I think the design on the outer edges of the coins is off a bit. I don't know the correct term for them but they are tight without spaces between them on all my Morgans. The one on ebay has spaces between them. I don't know if this is what they look like when they are worn but it is noticeable when you compare it to another Morgan. Other than that I can't see much else different.

Looks a bit dished in the area of the legends, but pictures can be deceiving.
Needs standard tests for weight, comparative ring tone and close alongside examination under 10x loupe, alongside a known genuine coin of equivalent condition.
