chrisild Pillar of the Community Germany 1238 Posts	Posted 08/11/2014 7:01 pm Nice design, and as you might have guessed, the guy at the bottom is Mozart. :) What I do not like that much about the piece: This is a series covering the nine Austrian states (de: Länder), and the state of Salzburg is a little more than the city of Salzburg. The coin, however, does not really reflect that in my opinion. GEKO Valued Member United States 136 Posts	Posted 08/22/2014 4:19 pm The design is funky, next to mozart you have the traditional austrian dirdndl for the ladys and the leather-pants for the male, interestingly its also a traditional clothing of bavaria, I have found that the bavarian dialect has close resemblance to the Austrian. What doesn't really fit is the bass or is it a guitar.... An accordion would have been much more appropriate, austrians used and still do like to play it up on the mountain hut after some nice cold beer :) Report this Post to the Staff
