Here's the second Half Dollar I picked up, a 1962. I'm thinking MS and FBL, but unfortunately I don't think I can make MS64, which is a HUGE jump in value vs 62-63. What grade do you give it?

MS-63. I see a lot of soft spots left of the crack and a bagmark where the line should be, so this one isn't FBL.

Yeah, I guess I looked closer at a real FBL graded coin and you are right. I only have a couple Franklin, so I'm still figuring out how to grade them well.

Thanks for the feedback. MS-63 is still good for a coin I paid basically melt value for :)

I am inclined to say 63 but the hit in the hair is strong. I feel sure the hit on the bell is a simple over exposure of the photo. It is not FBL.
