I dont think so honestly, The lack of feathers on the eagle + luster looks like it took some wear, It could be a really soft strike though.
I would guess AU 55

From what I can see, I'd say AU50 at best, with enough loss of detail on the reverse to possibly dip down to XF45. But it looks weird, really, with some areas appearing nearly unworn, and the luster is odd. Are these scans rather than photos?

Luster's gone and I see definite wear on the eagle and Liberty's hair. IMO AU-50, and from the pics it looks like it may have been cleaned. Not a MS example.

I'd agree with Lucky Cuss, XF45-AU50 but looks off.
