It's a ripoff of the company "NGC"

This coin is no where near MS-66, it is circulated

The coin looks OK from the pics; what these basement slabbers usually do is they will take a genuine coin, clean/polish it, then overgrade it, or take a coin then just overgrade it.

The coin looks real; not a counterfeit but definitely it is not MS-66. Report the seller to ebay.

Another thing I noticed is that Numismedia lists an 1897-O Morgan in MS-66 at $123,130.
