Hassle free returns mean just that. Send them back immediately w/tracking, and message the seller and tell him what you've done. Seller will probably be happy that you haven't opened a case and that are communicating. You will get your refund quickly. If seller gives any push back, THEN open a case. You'll still get your refund quickly. I agree, no need to "report" the seller. My .02...that's what I'd do anyway, and I've made plenty purchases on ebay.

That 1884-O is not close to MS-67. An MS-67 1884-O is valued at $2,800 on Numismedia. That one is in the MS-62 or MS-63 range in my opinion and $70 is too much to pay for a basement slab. with the members telling you to return these and get a refund.

the response you posted from the seller, he mentioned "NGC IS NATIONAL GRADING COMPANY " , which in fact is true, however his slab says NCG not NGC. So, in my mind, he knows the difference and is playing on confusion. Send them both back and learn your lesson.

Don't hassle with that seller anymore, just return both of them ASAP and buy only NGC-PCGS-anacs-ICG. Only the top four are what you should trust if you are buying slabbed stuff. Get your money back to spend on coins slabbed by a legitimate service.
