Lessons learned today: 1. Never believe what CanadaPost employees say. 2. Never believe what Royal Canadian Mint boutique employees say. 3. Never believe what online coin forum posters say.

Are you insinuating that some forum posters can be anything less than 100% truthful when they post. Come on! Now, the Gold Superman coin is back on the mint site at issue price (limit 3 per household).

Never believe what online coin forum posters say. The third one is incorrect. People many times said, that doesn't meter, how the coin will be distributed, it will be gone extremely fast. Many just assumed, that PO will have good allocation (it still might happen in theory, if the CP order got delayed), and believed, that better to wait to CP and not take advantage and buy for $900+

I agree.
Even all of us who has already ordered the coin are unsure about efectively receive the coin so it's like going to see what's happen, without any guarantee of success.

Nobody seems to understand my sick sense of humour... I guess I'll have to spell it out for you guys. Quote: jw-collectibles stated: 3. Never believe what online coin forum posters say.
I said: Now, the Gold Superman coin is back on the mint site at issue price (limit 3 per household). Forum posters never lie. Get it now? Sheesh!

i gotta say, I tried really hard with two different post office, and bot told me the same thing that unless it had been pre-ordered, you would not get one. and by pre-ordered, it had to be done on Aug 21st when they first released it. go figures...
Oh well I tried...
