I looked through the pennies that I had put aside at work recently and am sort of feeling like I may have gotten someones penny collection. Mixed mints all from the 60s and all nearly mint. I'm going to organize them and see what I got.

Looking through the shiny old cent pile today looks like most of the others range from 59 to 73 and are no mint mark or D with a lot of 63s. I don't get it. I was thinking it would be one from each mint and year like someone had cashed in the old collection but now I'm just confused. When I have a chance I will post pics.

Someone may have simply been spending a lot of rolls and you're closer to the source of the '63's.

Put a couple of pics of the bunch of Lincolns I've found recently in another topic "a bunch of shiny 60's lincolns".
