Again, the FORVM guys have
nailed this one, though I could clearly see "NERO" on the obverse. The coin is from the town of Eumenea. An unusual type, with the name and titles on the reverse of Julius Cleon, High Priest of Asia, much more prominent than those of the Emperor on the other side.
