There's lots going on with this obverse but I don't see any particular variety name for it. The N's are the single-serif versions, the D in Canada is repunched, and there are numerous others both broken and repunched. Anyone know which variety this is, and what the grade might be? (sorry about the strings.. didn't even notice them until I was looking the images.) Thanks in advance!

Hey xshift, obverse 1, AU-50. I would like to see more luster for a 55.

Rob Turner has a great website for identifying Vicky die varities. I'm glad you've posted, it's given me the push to contact him in regards to the mate of the carving you sold me a few months back. Check out the link below,

xshift...If you go to the Canadian Copper Coins site, and add these 1882H pics in,..all of your queries will be accurately responded to.

All of the common varieties in the 82's could not be added to the 2011 Charlton.. and that's one reason why you don't see the single serifs there.
