A huge thanks to Andrew in Canada for all my Santa gifts~!!  A large 1920 cent, a small 1920 cent, a proof and uncirculated 1967 cent, $1, $2 and a Royal Canadian Mint set~! Pretty....shiny~! |

The mail came early today. There was nothing special so My daughter and I took the dog for his walk. Came back and would you believe it the mail person had been again!
There was a package from Austin Texas: I opened it and Was very pleased to find a American $1.00 coin and currency set. I know its probably common as anything in the USA. But for me it was a real thrill. For me its something really different. Thanks heaps Celtic Knot. Only one thing Why do you guys insist on calling it a coin and currency set?.....coins are currency also. I would call it a coin and Federal note set!

Actually the "coin and currency" set was limited run and is sold out. It's not common at all in the U.S. and is going for a lot more than you'd think on ebay. It's a good gift no matter where you live! |

I am worried that my gift hasn't arrived. My recipient hasn't posted receipt. I sent two coins, plain envelope. Handwritten note on a notecard. She's posted on the forum, but no word in here. Please, please just be waiting until Xmas to open the letter. I did receive today, and they're delightful coins. I'll upload a picture in a moment. I'm particularly fond of the 1917 Type I in the heart-shaped dollar. They're all great, though. Thank you very much, ProfLiz. I love them.  Edited by SaintRidley

Oh, wow SaintRidley. You have been quite good this year! I haven't received my gift yet like some. Still patiently waiting, hoping it will be waiting for me when I get back.

According to tracking, someone should have their gift waiting in their mail box. :)
