If you're talking about under "One" in "One Cent" Then it's PMD, the rim took a hit and displaced metal inwards. Edited by Adam_E

Its almost at the same level as where the initials are but the other side.

Looks like a parking lot cent. If something presses on an area, there develops a moved metal area like a crater around it. Just a contact mark like the ones on the rim. PSD |
