Just got shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Quote: I tried it out with another random Dansco page, and it will hold at least one more. My 8166 (bought in 1984) only holds four pages (5/8") and goes to 1991. Rather than replace the binder, I got another 5/8" binder and added blank pages. I will go to a third one if necessary. I like the 5/8" binder since it is the same one used for the Eisenhower and Franklin albums. They make a nice set.

Mine has shipped, along with the two-coin sets I ordered yesterday. Does anyone know about how long it will take for them to get here if I used the standard shipping option?

I'm falling short on understanding product limit versus mintage limit. I would think the 2 coin unc set would have sold 200k by now

Mint purchases are shipped by a contract company out of Indiana I believe. The package starts out FEDEX and crosses over to the USPS (my experience). Takes three to four days to get it. I had great luck ordering the set as well. Now if the Perth Mint would just upgrade their ordering software! PG

I went through a bunch of items on the site and when there was a limit, it was always one or the other. Production limits were only on sets. The two coin set sold 136,614 by 10/26. I bet they picked up another 25,000 this week because of the 4 coin set release.

Hey, call me a fool but I bought two sets. I'll keep one for myself and my own personal collection, and hold the other over the resale value. If it increases substantially then I'll sell it, otherwise I'll hold on to two or use one as a gift. I don't see the value going below the 99 that it costs.

I bought one set for myself, and it shipped just four hours later. Later on, I went back and bought five of the 2014 P&D 50th Anniversary Uncirculated sets, plus a quarter roll box. I plan on giving four of those sets to friends and family who would appreciate them, keeping the last one for myself.

Does the Mint have running totals on how many sold?

I haven't seen any totals, however, it was posted on one of the coin forums this afternoon, about 3 hours in, that there were 15,000 orders. If the average order was 3 sets, that makes 45,000 sets.

took the leap and ordered one set. I wanted to get more but, that was out of my budget.

I have mine in the cart (now called bag) waiting for me to pull the trigger.
I'll have to see how bad I still want them in the morning.

I finished my order by about 12:20PM EST and their shipping e-mail went out at 7:31PM. Said UPS ground with signature verification. I bought three sets of the clad when I picked up a larger order (proofs) a couple of months ago. Wish the silver would have been available at that time since it cost me another $4.95 shipping.
