I picked this out of a bin. Too bad the obverse is a bit dirty. Or some weird speckly toning. Looks pretty clean to me, what do you guys say it grades? Not too easy to photo since it's pretty shiny.

I'm certainly no expert on Canadian coinage, but if it is a proof that is a nice pickup. I say PF or MS-66 or 67.

I don't think this is a proof since it's not so mirror like. I've been trying for better pics but artificial lighting isn't very good.

It looks like it may have been a proof that has been in circulation for a while, thus scratching up the fields.

There are no Canadian proof coins from 1965. From the pics it looks like an escapee from a BU set (aka PL set).
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I concur with DBM... an escapee from a 1965 PL set... you can pick these up, in much better condition, from dealers junk bins for 50-cents or less.
