Montgomery Valued Member Canada 430 Posts	Posted 11/02/2014 10:07 am Hi, I'm a bit confused with a CCCS label for a 2$ 1997 graded MS-65. The MS grade is allowed to the circulation strike. How can we seperate the MS from PL. If MS appear on the label does it mean it's a circulation strike. No mention about Ottawa or Winnipeg facilities. Thanks Report this Post to the Staff

Montgomery Valued Member Canada 430 Posts	Posted 11/02/2014 2:35 pm Thanks. If we refere to the trends. The Winnipeg version is not present in Pl set. The Ottawa is present in set. If you look at the reference for the 2 stars associated with the 1997 year, the Winniped issue is only for Buissiness strike and Ottawa for PL set and the distinction is done with original pliofilm. ? So the one graded is one from Winnipeg if MS appear on the label? I'm a bit confuse with this one. Thanks Report this Post to the Staff

PL twonies were struck both in Ottawa and Winnipeg.The only difference is the packaging. Once removed from the packaging they are indistinguishable.
