For those sitting on the fence regarding the new Batman/Superman logo coin...it appears to be slightly discounted on the ShoppiNGChannel...or it may be a pricing error?  |

Snagged the 2004 Lucky Loonie for $38.45 plus Tax
and delivery, Sterling .925 so taxable, but a good
discount. Now have 2004, 2006, 2012, and 2014. Need
2008, 2010 to fill the set. I can wait.

Seen there 2013 Superman - Metropolice for near issue (CAD 111, if remember correctly) - looks like people lost interest in this kind of stuff.

The CC&C has a Spring Sale http://www.cdncoin.com/category-s/3329.htmMany previously hot series appears discounted, with the prices going down: **Superman series (hot in 2013), **Haunted Canada series (every re-sellers felt as a must to load "Ghost Bride") **Zodiac Series (nothing close to the success of the Tiger and Rabbit) **Masks Series (unlike "Summer Moon Mask" and "The Sun" all others just crashed) **Enameled SDs (2010 "The Poppy" times gone) So...is there is a point to pick up the CAD 50 coin (issue price CAD 100), if it anyway doesn't do well  and soon will be melt?

Noticed in the CA sale the :
2006 Birthday set with Silver loonie
2007 CD + Rattle Loonie
2008 CD set with Silver Loonie
all for reasonable prices.....everything drops in price, even dealer clears all out.

The Coin Shoppe has in stock very interesting Canadian item: (i remember, other dealer had it too, but here the price is lower pictures clearer): Original Bags & Tags from 1912-1914 Canada's First $5 & $10 Gold Coins - Royal Canadian MintPrice: CAD 119.95 The packaging shows the RCM black sleeve with the sticker, and this clear evidence that the bag hasn't been pick-uped from somewhere, but one with was distributed with the Premium set (CAD 12.000) only.
