The 'streaks' on the obverse, are they just from the picture or are they on the coin?
Apart from that I would grade it as EF or even slightly better.

EF or XF denotes Extra Fine = Italian grade 'belissimo'

Slightest rubbing of the patina on the high points of the design stops this coin making truely uncirculated.
That is a pity, because the few very tiny nicks and scratches that are on the coin, are consistent with a coin that would be graded at MS63 or 64.
It is very difficult to find large Russian silver coins in very high grades.

Nice coins, very scarce in this condition. From the photos, I'd call the 1893 AU-UNC, around MS60 or MS61, and the 1886 and AU, around MS52-55.
