Hi all,
I had to post this coin for you all to see.
On first inspection I was gutted with the damage but then noticed something more unusual which made me smile again.
The " O " in Victoria is a letter " C " rotated 90 degrees clockwise !
I have inspected it with a 30x loupe and it is definitely a C with no join or cut off.

There is no record of this variety as far as I know which makes the damage even more upsetting.
If anyone has seen this error before please join in.
TIA

No wonder I couldn't find it, its listed as a broken O, sometimes called an inverted U.
My letter C was way off.
The reverse is a " Wide date " variety & the obverse has the broken O & the V of Victoria overstamp.
Shame about the damage, I still like it though.
