Rollsearcher37 Pillar of the Community United States 1295 Posts	Posted 12/13/2014 4:27 pm Since the reverse doesn't show any signs of being off center, this is a MAD (mis-aligned die) error; it occurs when the dies are not properly aligned with each other when they strike the coin. Minor MADs such as this one are very common, and there is usually only a premium for them when the devices are partially cut off at the rim.
