I was looking through some coins yesterday and I found this one. What do you think? Is it a keeper?

Since the reverse doesn't show any signs of being off center, this is a MAD (mis-aligned die) error; it occurs when the dies are not properly aligned with each other when they strike the coin.

Minor MADs such as this one are very common, and there is usually only a premium for them when the devices are partially cut off at the rim. If I were you, I would keep this one as an example of a MAD error until something better comes along.
