Left - Chile 100 Peso 2012 off center by about %30.
Right - Bolivia 5 Bolivanos (201)0, 50% off center

BTW, vietnam-numismatique, do you have similar off center error coins from Vietnam or other neighboring Asian countries? I would love to see pics.

I have got only this pc which I have taken its photo for a long time ago. But I do not know if it's up to standard of an off-center.

It is still off-center, just minor off-center though.
This piece is made of aluminum.

When you are collecting French-Indochina coins, try to go toward higher end quality/grade coin (the best you can afford). This will cost you more (and you will have less pieces) but it will be more rewarding (you will enjoy more and financially it will retain/appreciate in value more as time pass). This advice was given to me when I first collect coins. However, I didn't listen. I learn it the hard way.
