Exactly the same situation for me - ordered Jan. 12, arrived Mar. 6. Similar orders usually take 1-2 weeks.

Same here, order in January, received Mar 6. Picked up a box on Feb 17, and found better coins in the rolls than in the 5-packs from the Mint.

Also ordered Jan 12 and received Mar 6. There must have been a massive mailout on one day. The coins in my pack are MS-63 to MS-64. Though when I'm grading I'm not sure whether to consider the waffled edges a design feature or a fault...

Seen a guy on ebay selling collector cards for 19.99 each. Does anyone think that is worth it ?

You could've got them for free at the mint... so NO.. I don't think it's really worth it...

Although I missed out on the mint issue of the cards... If anyone did get any extra cards... I would be willing to trade 'em one for one with the "Wait for me Daddy" cards.. .I'd really like two for my kids.. msg me..

I just got one in my change this week. The only one I have seen.
The RCM was awaiting stock for so long, and then they went to out of stock.
Boo.

Envelope from Mint with my order of the new Flag quarters arrives. Envelope sliced on one end. Coins gone, paper receipt from coins still inside. Who delivers an envelope so clearly sliced open on one end? What should I do, report this? It's only $2.50, but I can't order another set as the rule is one set per household... (I'm actually more upset that I can't get another set than the actual value, and I'm wondering if my other mail with coins are now in danger...)

I had issues with missing mail a few years ago and I also became almost paranoid wondering what was going to go missing next.

Canada Post has an online reporting system and I found it very helpful. It ended the incidents and it turned out CP had other similar complaints regarding the same postal delivery person and he ended up getting relieved of his job. For that reason, even though the value of your loss is low, I'd definitely encourage you to report it.

As I recall you're given an incident number when I completed the online report to CP. I'd suggest emailing RCM and advising them you've reported your missing coins to CP, and kindly ask if it's at all possible that they could replace the packs. Even if they indicate them to be sold out, I'd expect the bin to not be entirely empty.

Good luck!

thank you I will try that.. could you help with a link to the reporting page at Canada Post? I looked through their site and just come up with a lot of FAQ to standard items but not that. Thanks again.

Darcyrmt probably the most suitable reporting form that I could find is for damaged mail at the bottom of this page:

https://www.canadapost.ca/web/en/kb...maildelivery

Otherwise here's CP contact by phone:
https://www.canadapost.ca/tools/pg/...stserv-e.pdf

Strach-Man: That's unfortunate. You might have received a set during from what I recall being mentioned as production problems and why the sales of the Flag coins have been spread so long throughout the year.
