I bought a 1928 Peace dollar today for $300 in AU condition from local coin dealer. I also bought a 1921 in EF, 1934-S in EF and a 1924-S in AU for combined total of $510 for all four coins. I finished off my collection of Peace dollars.
My local coin dealer I use gets me better deals that ebay and I know what I am buying. Prices on the Peace dollar have come down I think and are not selling at a premium. Good time to buy them IMO.

Nice pickups terry. I'm sure your endorphins are raging right now but can I suggest you make this into your own thread so everyone can congratulate you on the milestone

That's funny! I will make it into a new thread. I knew the coins I needed for my collection and I knew where to get them. It was actually coming up with the cash and spending it that got to me.
