...and Bill the Cat! 1560 Zürich thaler, Hans Gutenson mintmaster. The city needed two mintmasters to convert all the precious metals, confiscated from churches as a result of the Swiss reformation, into coins.  This is the point where I get off the HFBCWG train. It's been a great ride -- the first one where I have participated from the beginning to the end of my collecting interests. Is there an easy way to count how many photos you have posted to a specific thread?

@jgenn, it has been great seeing your coins contribute to this thread, but these last three are particularly nice! Not sure on the photo counting functionality. maybe ask a mod or else post in the section where we ask questions of Bobby?

Here is another Lithuania coin, but this one is a little tiny guy. This Denar is 11 mm in diameter and 0.3 g mass. It is dated 1559 and the attribution is Kopicki #3217.
