Nice find!

It's a type 2 blank planchet. No need to get it graded as there are plenty to be found on ebay in the $1-$2 range. Still, it's a very nice find in the wild. Congratulations!

Now you need to weight it in order to determine whether it is a copper or plated zinc planchet

Depending on the weight it also may be a Canadian planchet, but unlikely (I have found 2 up here)

Type 1 blank
Type 2 planchet.
When the blank has be run through the upset mill, they become planchets.
