These look to be scans, which reveal nothing about the luster. Even so, the 1900 looks as if it's in the XF range, and the 1888-O is probably at least AU. Actual photos of each coin individually would be necessary to refine those preliminary assessments.

Much better, thank you. I'll call the 1888-O at AU50, a bit more high point wear than I first thought. The black stuff around the peripheral devices bothers me a bit, but the surfaces don't look cleaned per se. The 1900 seems to be a prototypical XF45.
