Even so, the 1900 looks as if it's in the XF range, and the 1888-O is probably at least AU. Actual photos of each coin individually would be necessary to refine those preliminary assessments. The black stuff around the peripheral devices bothers me a bit, but the surfaces don't look cleaned per se. The 1900 seems to be a prototypical XF45.
