Buddy Rest in Peace United States 7075 Posts	Posted 01/21/2015 6:43 pm I can't tell from jost the obverse. It could just be a misaligned die (MAD). If the reverse is normal it's MAD. If the reverse resembles the obverse, then it's off-center. Report this Post to the Staff
