Another one from my father's collection with older ANACS photo certificate. I'll post that grade, but how would you grade it? I'm trying to learn what I can about the coins before putting them up for sale, so any info appreciated. Thanks!
Many first year coins were saved and survive in high grades. However, the 1883 With Cents' variety was a late year replacement to the original No Cents.
I suspect that, like their circulated counterparts, these are scarcer in Mint State.
